DONE
Finally I was able to use Blogger and to charge this blog onto the net! Now everybody could see this English experiment! Perhaps I will find Eng friends too! Wow! Now I have few time to dedicate... I'll come back soon, granted.

I don't know Italian, but I am half Italian myself (like a typical American, I am a bunch of things) and my grandparents used to speak Italian to each other. I am glad you have an English blog because otherwise I wouldn't understand!

Where are your grandparents from? I'm from Parma (north) but mom is from Abruzzo and dad from Tuscany (middle Italy)

Sorry it took me so long to answer this question (hopefully you'll see it). My grandparents families were from different places... I know because I have seen the records from when they arrived at Ellis Island in New York. I have one listed as Northern Italy, a place called Castelletto D'Orba, one is Naples, one says South Italy, a place called Polistena. There are a couple other records but I will have to find them.

Katie, in the next days I'll give a look where the places you talked about are. I know only Naples, and never have been there (even if it's a place I would like to visit so much!). Then I'll explain you! I'll make you a lesson of Italian geography! OK?
